Sorry you missed the Shreddies wingo - see they have changed it to a £1 off voucher now. That must mean I definitely got a box this morning.
We all went and had our hair cut this morning - DD looks all grown up after hers! Kids go back to school here tomorrow (yes!). DS finally got his wages today so at least he isn't as miserable as he would have been at going back. Hope everyone else is surviving the holidays. x

Ohhhh that means I must of won a box as well, I'm sure LO will love them mixed in with the normal ones as a treat

I've just taken him to soft play across the road and sad me managed to time so I didn't miss the hour comps took him for hour and half, it's 5mins walk if that away PERFECT lol

looks like I got my Honey Shreddies box ,be nice to have a different cereal for a change and will enjoy because its free.Managed to get a box for my parents as well so thanks for the headsup Shiels.

You are welcome and well done Katie. I got a box for my parents too! It will be nice to have a different cereal, we have eaten an awful lot of Kellogs Strawberry Clusters , Honey Clusters and Dorset Cereal as I won so much of them. I expect DS will eat most of the Shreddies though as he loves them - you have to be quick to get things in our house.

Sheils, yours go back to school early then! Ours go back on 5th for juniors and DD starts senior school on 6th sept. I still haven't found another job yet (although DH keeps coming up with so called jobs for me about 2hrs away!!) He forgets I've got to work around the kids and I dont have my own car! He uses the car for work.

Is your DD getting nervous about starting new school princessmoneysaver? I dont know who's more scared.....me or my DD! She's extremely shy, just hope she makes friends.

I think she is nervous but also excited about going to school on a bus by herself. Still need to buy rest of her uniform & bus pass, that'll be £200 gone out of hubby's wage on Friday :eek: Everything has to be logoed even the socks, £8 for 3 pairs!!!

Hi everyone,
sorry I disappeared after posting about my mum, I've had a really stressful couple of weeks, worrying about her, visiting her etc.

Today Mum went in to have her tumour removed. She got to the hospital at 7.45 am and they operated on her at 4pm!!

Anyway, she's out of the op, the doctors say everything went as well as can be expected and she was awake and talking.

Now she has to heal and the radiotherapy starts


This has truly been the longest day of my life.
