My post used to be here every morning before 8.30, we only moved a year ago so it was brilliant moving into somewhere with such early post - then a few months ago they changed us to the afternnon round!!! Now it's usually between 2 & 3, with the odd day being early.

Our round is the last round as our postman lives in the same square as us, right pain

well done on your anchor wins! those that have won,cleaned my flat,went out for a walk in the rain with umbrella open.

Came in,cooked Fish and Chips and peas Birdseye meal then ate Chelsea bun mm,cant stop listening to Echoes.on 4th listen :rotfl:

No post here either, he normally comes about 1:30 but has been known to be as late as 3pm I've had a set of 2 Anchor egg cups and 2 Anchor vans and have had another WEM, I'll have my own Anchor fleet of vans if I get another one of those

So glad Echoes is living up to your expectations Katie. Do hope you win a signed copy too. I know a few people including myself have also entered for you so fingers crossed.

I would like egg cups or a cake stand from the postman for that comp....how long are the prizes taking to get to people for that one, do I have a long wait hehe

I have a question about 'family' competitions. Do people still enter competitions for 'family' holidays even if they don't have children?

Sorry to butt in - I've never been on this part of the forum before, but just wanted to say that I don't have any children but still enter family holiday competitions if it's somewhere we want to go.

I won a trip to New York from one of them a few years back and because we didn't have kids they upgraded our flights from economy to premium economy and gave us each a New York Pass instead of something more kiddie-related - because they were only paying for the 2 of us.

I'd advise reading all the t&cs carefully though just in case there's something in there about having to take kids with you.
