Oh thats lovelyLove me birds in the garden, our blackies love grapes (never thought about raisins doh!) - we have allsorts in the garden and yep i love watching them feed the little ones - all that wing flapping and chirping :rotfl:There are puddycats around but i think they stay away cos they think we still have a doglet. also have dogs next door so wee critters are fairly safe. Don't have to worry about the gay pigeons, they do their own thing and seem happy enough
Bees are still happy in the bird box ...... I leave them well alone -
don't want to push me luck!!xx

Sounds fantastic. I am currently workinf for a retail chain, on the shop floor. Looking to get into back office side of things or head office, but would prefer to just get out of retailing, although I do enjoy the staff discounts.0 -
Morning all,
Busy in here this morning!
Sorry about the bird Alfie. We don't seem to have had as many birds in the garden this year. We have lots of cats going through though so it is maybe just as well.
Sun is trying to come out here. Forecast is really good for tomorrow so DH is going to take me for a sail on Ullswater so really looking forward to it. We had a lovely day there last year. We can use Tesco Tokens so it only really costs the petrol as we take a picnic. Kids don't want to go so we can have a lovely day on our own!
Have a lucky day everyone.

Maybe we should all transfer to other practices and hit their pocket. I wonder if they get paid for every prescription that they write? They're trebling their pay if that's the case.
They DO get paid for each prescription they write. I know a friend of mine gets on well with her GP as he is a family friend...he writes what are called "private prescriptions" for her so she pays MUCH less than the NHS charges. Sometimes it can work out better value for money, ie I had a fungal nail infection and Curanail is over £20 but I got it prescribed and it was therefore almost 1/3 of the RRP. But when they try and prescribe me Aqueous Cream which I can buy for under £2 for a massive pot, I always decline...well now I live in Scotland where prescriptions are free so I don't mind any more!!0
