Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.

  • dont give anyone an upfront fee;there are plenty of companys that will sell your flat ;then get there commision; paying upfront is a waste of your time and money no matter what they promise ;john
  • Hello,

I am also one of those that bought property in bulgaria and had to sell it due to financial problems at home. I first started trying to sell in 2009 and back then there was nobady that was not trying to charge me listing fees or extract money from me foreverthing else but really selling my property. I told all of them where to go as it was very obvious that they were a nasty scam.
In 2010 I had a luck with couple of coupanies that specilized in helping brits off load their properties in bulgaria to russians. They advertised my property on a commission bases and related offers to me. Unfortunatelly the offers were about 50% of what i had paid but at the end I had to accepty the market price and took one of the offers.

I can recomend couple of agencies newestatebg, gewerbe-2 realtyru

    Good luck
