    Path cleared
    bins relocated

I'm off to find a cheap table for outside as ours is cracked and wrecked.

Just counted up the change on the demijohn and it came to £150K :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Will nip round with it later for you!

Back with more baking ingredients for Miss A. been to see DH, his daffs look great and are bobbing gently in the breeze.

Dinner now on and everyone is starving, i bet the kids won't eat it all.

After dinner the rest of them are getting dunked and then bed. I think i'll not be long behind them, hubby is snoozing on the sofa now after camping until 5 this morning and waking me to let him in.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Hello ladies,

    A busy day...

    I have cleaned the cooker
    been to the library
    been for pet food
    WM x 3
    DW x 2
    scoffed bacon buttie and cake
    sat in garden
    planted some seeds
    cleaned bathroom
    cleaned kitchen

    actually - it doesn't look much :o

Poor DH has been working all day and he is only just leaving Brum. Same again for him tomorrow then he is away 3 nights next week.
Need to cook dinner, and I might change our bed - then again I might do it in the morning then it can go straight in the WM.

It's been glorious here which is most unusual cos it's usually raining!
Sadly all of my summer stuff is in the loft which i can't get to (too short) so I have had my trackie bottoms rolled up chav stylee. Nobody saw me though  and I did go out properly dressed :D

Hope everyone has had a lovely Saturday, and Toots move went well, and Piggers is enjoying the strange weather for this neck of the woods.

:hello:Just flitting in to send love and hugs to dusty.

DS2 decluttered to St Petersburg at 4am yesterday morning:D I then struggled to get back to sleep, and was really sleepy all day!

I spent the day pottering around the garden, tidying up the patio/terrace - no end of tatty plant remains, straggling climbers, piles of leaves etc decuttered. I added some pansies to the pots for a bit of temporary colour - I was too busy in the autumn to do it then. More of the same today, just to make the most of the sun, although the air is chillier today.

Finally managed to empty the chest freezer, so that's defrosted and will need cleaning out. Only two more freezers to empty... the inside one really needs defrosting and cleaning, so hopefully it'll be run down relatively soon.

Managed to potter about and get lots of bits and pieces tidied, plus the sitting room hoovered. Also got the garden furniture out of the shed and swept the bits of the floor that are now visible. Some planting done, but not as much as I should have... might do a bit before supper.

A friend came over for lunch (the peppers that were going over were transformed into a delicious roasted pepper soup - two portions left over for later in the week :)), and after a brief walk to the shop, sat in the garden and read the paper in the sunshine. So we've had a lovely relaxing afternoon. Its nice not to feel pressure to DO something... just chatted and relaxed.

Not much clearing up to do, so I can hopefully make a bit of progress over the weekend in improving the state of the house (might even make a start on cleaning out the car...)

Hope you've all been enjoying the sunshine!

    Helloie!

House is spotless ..... wooooooooo ..... just explain to me why I cleaned from top to bottom for DD's birthday sleepover. She's got four friends round. They are sooooo loud! I've asked them to stop the screaming in the garden and they seem a bit quieter now but I think this will be a long night!

Hope everyone is well and enjoying the weather - must start hayfever medicine!

    Speak later xx
