I don't have a hope in hell of catching up but what I have gleaned from a v. quick skim of this week's thread is that Toots is on the move - hope it all goes well for you hon and that you're happy in your new home xxxx
And Piggers is pregnant again! You're a braver woman than I....
Sorry I've not been around these last couple of months or so. Things aren't great in Soappie land. Working all hours just to keep my head above water financially. Had an evil chest infection last month which laid me really low for a few days - I don't do illness.... I actually had to have a course of penicillin - can't remember the last time I dropped those - probably 11 years or more ago....
Chickens are great - producing really well now the longer days are here and I have a sideline in flogging off the surplus. I have repeat customers!
Little kittens are well but driving me spare a lot of the time. I've lost count of the breakages due to them scavanging in the kitchen (and yes, I am feeding them the recommended amount!).
BB is adorable still. It's hard to believe she'll be 11 this year. She's still going strong and doesn't look a day over 7 (unless you lift her ears and spot the grey hairs under there). BB and one of the kittens have really taken to each other and will sit and snooze curled up which is lovely to see.
Older cats have accepted the youngsters and just steer clear of them.
House is a tip - but it's slowly getting better thanks to the longer days meaning I can see all those dreadful hotspots!
Gawd I'm sounding so me-me-me

I didn't do the decluttering I had planned. Instead I had a major spring clean in the our bathroom. Every inch washed with sugar soap. Mirror removed, shelf unit removed, in fact everything removed, but had to replace some bits as DH wanted a bath
I am decorating it either tomorrow or Monday. I have been putting it off with hurty foot & back. We really need a new one but have to save up first.
May do a bit of sanding later.
Triker A really moving post, especially as I have a few poorly friends at the moment.0 -
**waves** hi soappie x
I spent the afternoon in the garden having a very productive potter
Few more pots emptied out and tidied up, plenty of seeds sown and plants potted on and potted out. "Found" 2 lots of currant bushes which I forgot I bought last year and chucked to the bottom of the garden. Anyway they look pretty healthy and now have new pots to grow into
Going to take advantage of another lovely day tomorrow and carry on with some more gardening tomorrow
Plan out rose bushes and clematis and gooseberry bushes
Plant out a few more seeds and carry on with some more tidying up
Flying wise - swept and mopped kitchen and bathroom and plenty of washing dried and tidied away leaving no ironing also cleaned the back door
Tomorrow will do some more flying to catch up and also wash the windows outside toofinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
