Yes, they can unblock it. Tell them you lost your phone and it's now been found. They'll remove the IMEI from the blacklist and (after an hour or so) your phone will started to work again.

You might have better luck on a weekday, as I said above, there are very few staff in over the weekends (and even fewer team leaders) so Monday morning could get you further.

Agreed, phones can be unblocked just as easily as they can be blocked, call back and don't take no for an answer

Glad to hear you have your phone back. I'm surprised no one removed the Blacklist from the phone when you called. This is a pretty straight forward issue.
