If I had typed in "...one million dollars!", then it still would have come to 1 cent given how we both know the auction process works. It seems a deliberately pointless question to ask really.0 -
I don't need to explain or prove anything. Its not me who has come on here, in support (supposedly!) of ebid! Everyone reading this whole thread will draw their own conclusions to what everyone has said and at the end of the day will decide if they want to use ebid or not. As I keep saying, if you think you are helping ebid then carry on old boy!!
So you basically have no point and are just talking to suit your own agenda. As I pointed out in my other post unable to respond when challenged direct.
If there was something I had said in that first post, you would have been all over it. But instead you just repeat the same old dribble that everyone reading this post with a brain knows is false and just your way to discredit anyone that threatens your own agenda.
Now that is sad.0 -

As for how I would deal with an auction made in error: email the seller to apologise, and ask for it to be cancelled. Simple. The act of communication solves a lot of problems.0 -

Is this thread still rummbling on?.
So, the OP bids, but the seller is unwilling to part with the goods at a loss?. Bl00dy good job I don't apply the same principle to my buyers on Amazon. The amount of books I've sold at a loss because I wrongly guesstimated the postage costs is quite frightening. I have however, still shipped the item and taken a hit financially before amending my remaining listings upwards to cover the extra postage.Never Knowingly Understood.

Just shows a log in screen for me, so I can only go on what others have posted, that the feedback has been removed.

Do you understand what zero means or do you need a numeracy class as well? If so the learn direct website will help you there as well.Originally Posted by shortcrust

Hmm, are you sure you are an Ebid user and can't see that the OP has been left a neg, yet it does not show?
I am only a lowly shop owner (and yes i have shops as I am in the UK and don't have stores) and whilst I will not breach forum rules by putting the seller name up here, the feedback shows excatly as I cut and pasted above as
0%positive comment(s)0%</SPAN>
neutral comment(s)</SPAN>0%
Yet if you follow th elink above or look into seller stats it shows:
Feedback Left by the Buyer '@
NEGATIVE - doesn't like the winning price so relisted, ignores emails, bad seller
If you ask on the ebid forums I am sure they will talk you through how to see all sorts of other info
are you sure you can read this is about the OPs neg being removed witch it hasant the one he left for the buyer thats his grip and were hes mislead this forum witch is also what your trying to do, the OP himself has recived 2 neutral fb again plain to see ive said all along look at the auction details were the fb is visable your deliberatly giving false information
"I am only a lowly shop owner (and yes i have shops as I am in the UK and don't have stores"
what do you mean by that! if you mean you have a store on ebid and reg in the UK then its still called a store0 -

I have seen that mistake bite back at people, so you are being a pedant over that, and we all know it can happen. And there is no way in a million years you or anyone else would pay it
And I agree with you that the seller acted wrong and in my first post stated that I suspected this was a new seller. So again what was wrong with what I said in that first post?
But down to your paranoia you will have to sort that one out yourself, as if you can't see that I am a different person to the other poster simply by what we write then, you may have to start reading what I have written, and wouldn't that be a shock to the system.0
