Tom doesn't answer emails from mortals, he's too busy playing golf,they are forwarded to the Executive office.
You'll get a quicker reply if you just email them directly with your gripe.
executive.office@orange.co.uk, they usually call you back within a day or 2.0 -
Ta- Tom must have been 'out', when I wrote too! got quick response via exec office, with a ful lrefund (supposedly- yet to see final closeout account!)Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
