Scrap my previous comment, think i'll go do some shopping at lunchtime from our Christmas budget, namely as we're buying OH's little sister some Friends DvD's and they're down to £12.99 in HMV. Budgeted for though, of course.

Hello all! Lurker here! Hopefully a NSD for me as I have homemade apple and parsnip soup in a flask, a granary bagel and 3 snack a jacks here at work. Might possibly spend 60p on a diet coke though! Tea will be HM burgers or pasta, mmm!

I spent £10 on a cardy for work yesterday (so cold in the office!) but with the soup it was a pretty cheap weekend :D
  • Hi all,
Just brought some mailing bags off ebay to send some parcels off but this has come out of my paypal account as there is some money in there so I won't count that other that that I think it'll be a NSD! x x

Didn't get time to bake anything over the w/e, and in fact forgot all about it until this morning when the kids moaned they only had sandwiches in their lunch box. We didn't have any fruit even. Spent 3.50ish on 12 x weetabix, 2 x (BOGOF) fabulous baking boys flapjacks, 6 x petit filous and 6 x choc mousses which were half price cos I ate the kids ones last night when I was working til 4:15am <yawn>.

Have to pay childminder today - £125, but that doesn't really count as it's all budgeted for.

No spend day today - got plenty in the freezer so will be just being good and cooking today. My friend has the day off work and is nagging me to go out, but I'm gonna be good!

  • Morning all.

Was going to be a NSD but ran out of conditioner this morning, so a trip to savers is on the cards. Hopefully won't spend more than £2. :o
