you can pick up simple to use phones bundled with air time included for about £20-30 this time of year

(last year I got my mum the simplest nokia there is 1100 with £10 air time from woolworths on orange - I paid £30 I think and due to confusion in shop about bundle got a nother 10 included)

You can play them at their own game and still lose. e2save has a bad rep for honouring cashbacks even if you follow their t&cs religiously. After all the messing about with cashbacks from the onestopphone shop, there's no way i'd ever have another cashback deal.

Sent claim recorded delivery, checked online for delivery was all ok. They say they still didn't receive it.

Very right.

I used to send and forget about the claim earlier this year with CPW.

This time I had to send it twice (plus about 8 calls to CS) after then I got a confirmation they received it and i received the money.

How hard it will be next time.....I dont know....
