I'm lucky when it comes to our table plan that we have no family politics however there is a large number of children coming and I don't want too many on each table as I know they will then be more trouble!!! Fingers crossed we get through the meal with no tears
I am planning box with bits and pieces in them to hopefully make them less trouble for the parents during the meal, although I know they will all be less trouble than DD as she has ADHD but I'm used to that just hoping she is having one of her good days.

Well there is no bad blood or anything, just some people we think would get on really well, and others not so much in common. N then do you put similar ages together? But then u end up with age grouped tables? N then the is the crazy aunt (in this case it's a grandparent) who needs supervision! Anyone else put on that table will have to cope with her, who do you choose to put that on?!
Luckily our youngest's guests will be about 14, but only 2 of them then it's 1 16 and 2 19s.:T0 -
Hi all! Not been on in a while. Just wondering whether any of you are using pine cones as in your decorations at all? Wondering what time of year to collect them or whether to buy some.
To all Autumn themed brides-
I got a call from my nana yesterday, she has picked up a whole bag full of fir cones. So I would say now is the time to collect!:T0 -

Ooh, love the dress magpie!! Think I will be making time to go and collect fir cones they'll be handy to have in case I decide to incorporate them into the theme! Double mummy, I think you might need to decide soon, I just ordered my dress last weekend and the lady told me it can take up to 20 weeks to arrive, so if it does take that long, I'll only have it for a month for alterations.0

I know a month is plenty of time, but I just kinda feel like "its my dress, I want to look at it and try it on any time I want to"!! Feel like I'm a kid and want to dress up in it!0

Good luck with finding your dress DM!
My amazing sister has booked go ape for my hen do!she works in the park, so has managed to negotiate a discount for the BH weekend! :money: think we get £5 off a person, and my sister goes free anyway. BUT she says I don't have to pay!
I am so glad I picked my sister for my CBM, we really weren't that close b4, but I think the wedding is bringing us closer!
sorry for the sickly sweet gunge! :rotfl:
