got lots more bits through today pics coming tomorrow i cant be bothered tonight lol

dress fitting for the BMs next saturday and wedding dress shopping next sunday with my sister and her OH all 3 of us will be trying on dresses so may be a profitable day for the dress shop!!!!

also meeting my photographer at the venue on monday for a look around and a chat

and i got my first wedding gift today!!!! a wedding certificate holder i was so excited!!!!

had a vistaprint email with LOADS of offers on so got a mug, keyring, tshirt for the fiance (sorry still loving that!) got an engraved pen for my dad a bag for MIL all the thank you cards loads of return address labels for the invites and i gave in and got some save the date magnets got a hen night planning notebook and tshirt for my MOH which all came to around £23 so I am very happy with them right now

i must remember to pay helen my cake lady next week (can someone give me a nudge please x)

today my SIL (the 17yo) has got a new boyfriend and is now demanding a +1 for the wedding - she is not getting it as for the day we are full maybe the evening do if he lasts more than a week or two hehehehehehehe

also told my dad this week and his response was 'i hope your not having a traditional poncey wedding' well yes dad i am go away you've had your share of weddings its my turn!!!!! sorry i promise thats my ranting over (for now lol)

I am really hoping my socks (for OH) come today or tomorrow. It is a surprise so I don't want him to know I have him anything! So it can't come on Saturday!!! (is this a Bridezilla moment?)

I will try an remind you to pay for your cake! Maybe when I shake mine (soaking the fruit in bottles) it will remind me!

We have our blues brothers start time confirmed! We needed to contact them as we are puttin the order of the day in the invites so people know in advance when they will be fed and what!! So they are starting at 7:30, doing one 45 min set, then a break for food (we r feeding them too- might as well keep them happy) then another 45 mins. We also confirmed the sound equipment with them. We want music before and after they perform, we need sound equipment so they migh as well use it and save on the packing up. We thought it was going to be £200 odd for the PA, but the marquee man can do it for £80!!! :money:

Just need to get OH to phone the fish n chip place, and confirm they can do it and get us pencilled in, then we can start assembling and printing invites!
