iPhone/Mobile Forum Skin?

Is it possible for the site admins/devs to implement an iPhone/Mobile device skin for both the site and the forums so that is much easier to browse as a vast majority of people use this as their main method of browsing the Internet these days? Just an idea/suggestion to make using MSE a more easier and friendlier experience when on the move or using a mobile device.

Hi.
The Forum Manager answered a similar question in this thread a while back.

What makes you think vast majority of people use these forums on iphone/mobile than using a pc for example?0

I would agree, a small minority of people maybe, but it would be interesting to see the stats for (eg) a months worth of access and percentage-wise which OS / browsers had what amount of use.0

Vbulletin (What the MSE forums use) already has this feature built in. For some unknown reason it has been removed or disabled.
The feature is called "Archive" and there is normally a simple text link in the footer section of the forum. When clicked a simple text only version of the forum is displayed.
You can also log in with your own account. There is also a seperate "pda version" link on the Archive.
You can see an example of it on the Vbulletin main site.
If the feature was not disabled the link to it would be like this
This now just redirects to the MSE forums homepage.
On other forums I found this feature very useful when on the mobile or pda. The sites loads very fast as there are no images to download etc.
Alternatively vBulletin allows you to import your own basic styles/skin0
