    Hi Tiggy

I have applied in Scotland, just a one yr PGDE. I think I might start bugging them after 2 weeks. I looked at the list of applicants and I think there were 7 or 8 but not everyone had confirmed. So it really shouldn't take that long. Its one of those things that I need to stop thinking about but can't help but to think of it. Have you any idea of what you would like to teach?

I just want to be able to plan for next yr.

    xx

No idea what i would like to teach to be honest i still have a teaching practice and next year to get through so I thnk i will have more of a feel for it then! :)

keep us updated with the outcome of your interview!

    :)

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Wow!! Having read all the posts its made me realise that the only reason I am skint is because I don't watch my money!!! Now inspired to watch every penny so as of today I will keep an eye on my bank account, not go out for coffee when work has vending machines with a free supply, will start taking food into work as I often spend too much (breakfast and lunch = £5 per day!!). Hopefully if I stick it out I should actually be able to save for a holiday!!! Thanks all xx
Thursday 31st March is the first day of my new financial life. I sat down yesterday and wrote down everything i owe (Excluding my mortgage). I then worked out my action plan to get two credit cards and a MASSIVE overdraft paid off. I realised that i will be debt free by December 2014!
I know its still a while off but i can see it sitting on the horizon and i can't wait to get there. I love reading this site for advice and find all the people who contribute inspiring !!!!!!:money:

Hello Hazydaze & twoboysmamma  & welcome to ourt merry band of DFWannabeing! :D yup the moment you work it all out and start feels so much better & the scurge of all our lives is the little spending here & there so all the good ladies & Karb on this thread keep each other on the straight & narrow as far as we possibly can!

La E sounds exactly like what is going on in my home currently - I prescribe a big glass of wine as I find the house instantly becomes cleaner after a glass :rotfl:
