Afternoon all! well what a lovely day out there - was reading 25 degrees on my car thermometer earlier - AND IT'S ONLY APRIL! (unless this is our summer...NNNOOOOooooooo).

Suze - I know what you mean about the washing. I'm nearly up to date - just a wool wash left really and then nothing left to make a full/worthwhile load. I also though have a HUGE pile of clothes in the airing cupboard to iron, might have to tackle that later.

Well early start (for me) today - was up at 6am to get sorted for the car boot. Although it was a schorcher weather-wise (the nicest it's ever been when I've done one) the customers seemed to be slower today - and everyone wanted something for nothing - 'how much?, 50p, I'll give you 10p':mad: After taking out the entrance fee and float I prob made nearly £50, which is nearer £30 after i take off the cost of my half of the table (which was a fab investment though and will deff get more use) That's prob the least I've ever taken but as OH says, better than a kick in the butt, plus now I've covered our table investment I'm happy. Just need to obtain some more stuff for next time.

Oh, and I am now sporting one very pink/brown arm (I did have suncream on) and one not so pink/brown from being stood facing the same way from 9am - 2.30pm :rotfl:

Still a NSD but I'm thinking buying some shorts for dance class that I've been looking at for ages - you have no idea how hard it is to find suitable pole attire...needs to be short enough to give ample thigh exposure for grip, but not so short that my little derrier is hanging out for all to see :rotfl::o:eek:

BDINI please change my target to 12.
There's no way I can avoid spending over the next couple of weeks. Plus I'm going to walk to shops more rather than drive which means I'll need to do little but often. (That's my excuse anyway...:o)

    Evenin all!

A bit later on here today - been in the garden all day! 28 DEG HERE IN EDINBURGH!!
We started working in the garden yesterday afternoon, cleared a load of stuff and then gutted and tidied the shed. This morning we were up sharp to take all the rubbish to the dump and then to BNQ for some cheapo pansies to brighten up my pots and some summer bulbs. Spent the rest of the day digging and tidying so it looks pretty good!

I am happy to report another 2 NSD's as OH paid for the plants today and the coffees yesterday. That takes me to 7!

Hope you've all had a lovely day!:)

Only NSD #2 for me today; going to be a hard old slog to get to 12! However, I'm uber busy tomorrow as hopefully signing up to be an Avon lady :D All being well I'll then spend Tuesday prepping books and sorting out storage for bits and pieces, so there's hopefully two NSD gained there :) Then I figure if I just don't take my purse to work with me for the rest of the week I'll struggle to spend cash.... fingers crossed!
