Its a No Spendy Day for me today as the only place I'm going is outside to walk the dog!

I've reached my target of 15 NSD today :j I got there by spending 1 day out of the last 9 days - phew!

Not sure if tomorrow is a spendy day yet but Thursday is as need petrol, food and have physio and hair appt so will be an expensive day (payday). I'm aiming for one more NSD and will extend to 16

  • Hello everyone, hope a good Easter was had by all.

Managed No 9 on Sunday and No 10 on Monday (3 in a row!) but def not today as met an old school pal.

We've not seen each other for around 12 years and discovered that we can no longer spend hours and hours trailing endlessly around the shops without having to take "rest the aching bits" breaks every so often:( (well actually quite frequently). However, it was great to catch up with her, even though we worked out it's 23 years:eek: since we left school and that made us feel even older!

Will try for No 11 tomorrow, Thurs is a day out with DM so def a spend day and then aim for No 12 on Fri (although it is pay day) - still a chance I'll make it!

as if! nope - flat time. but we do get a day added to our Annual Leave for each B/H we're open (whether or not we're contracted to work it).
Oh well, an extra holiday is better than nothing!!! :o
Keiss 21 – well done for number 15, your garden sounds like it is looking fab now!!
Not really..it is still "in transition" atm, but hopefully will look much better in a month or two's time :D
This week hubby and I are enjoying a stay at home vacation... we both have studies to do and I am completing a few craft projects - one which I started back in 1993!!!
Hope you having a great stay-cation...rather partial to them myself. What kind of craft projects are you completing...a few photos would be great when you're done...we're a nosey bunch here (well, I am!!:rotfl:)

Had a spendy day yesterday (HUGE shop for DS1, when we took him back to uni).

Managed to pick up NSD no 16 today...so target reached :j:j

BDINI, can I have a new target of 18 please...really would like to make it too...here's hoping!

Have a great week everyone...busy working Tues, Wed & Thurs, which will hopefully stop me spending! :D

  • Haven't been able to keep up with the thread.. I hope you are all doing well and catching lots of NSD's.

I am not doing as well as I could this month as I am visiting Mr T's an awful lot!!! I have got another 2 NSD's, though, bringing my total so far to 13 NSD's ... so only one more to get to meet my target.

It's not going to happen tomorrow or Thursday, but maybe Friday (DH is off so I can get him to pay for everything!)

Still on a glorious 12 as the Ringtons man came today, and a big shop will be occurring tomorrow, but there might be another NSD somewhere before the end of the month. Well done to everyone for a bumper NSD harvest this month!
