    Hi lovely NSD gang xx

Or just another day at work for some of us :(

Same here cw :( all that lovely sun too.....

Still, things are good on the NSD front :) Got to number 11 yesterday but was too tired to come in and type LOL. I do need to get some bread and electric but am hoping I can put that off until tomorrow but will see later.

The end of the month seems to be looming fast but I think I can do it....we are supposed to be going out on Saturday as a 'leaving do' for a lucky escapee who has got a new job but I don't want to go if they are just 'pubbing it' as I don't drink (which I could put up with) and apart from the girl who's leaving I don't actually like anyone else who's going (which I can't cope with :rotfl:) so may come up with an excuse. The thought of spending money to be somewhere I don't want to be with people I can't stand is like a nightmare but the way 'office politics' is at the moment I just don't know what to do!!! Ah the joys of working in the 'caring field' with an unsupportive staff team!!!!! Still, life goes on.

Hope everyone is making the most of the weather if they can :). This sun makes me realise how dirty my house is LOL so need to start sorting that out too

Right back to work, see you all soon xxx

  • Aaaaaarrrrrrggghhhh! Have completely strayed from the path and have only clocked up 3 NSDs. Haven't been online much and have been convincing myself that despite not writing my spending down I've been quite good really. Finally got round to working my way through the stack of receipts and not only am I over budget, but over available dosh too!!! Oh dear, would like to say I'll do much better next month, but with holiday booked and little'un's birthday, it's gonna be a struggle!
    :(

Oh well, onwards and upwards as they say - 6 days left till the end of the month, so aiming to make at least half of them spend free! Gonna have to get back into the habit of logging spending daily and checking in with you guys to keep me on the straight and narrow! :o Now off to catch up with what's been happening on here. :D

    Hi everyone,

Hope you all had a nice easter day yesterday!

I had a family day and didn't spend a penny, so that was NSD #12 and today, I'm getting all my long overdue housework done and not leaving the house so that's #13 in the bag too :)

    Good morning all!

    #17 please BDINI!
Had a lovely Easter day yesterday. OH and I got stuck into the garden and finished the bed which we were revamping. Got the grass cut and lots of weeding done,so it's looking pretty darn good, though I say so myself!
Today OH went up to the loft and unearthed all my summer stuff which I put up last year. I am embarrassed to say that I found about 10 tops/ tshirts with the labels still on plus some linen trousers and light jeans that I had forgotten about completely:o
It's like a shopping spree without leaving the house!
Anyway, it means I can assess exactly what I need to fill in the "gaps" for my summer wardrobe. I have a load of M&S vouchers earmarked for that purpose!
Got all my winter stuff packed and put away and filled 3 black bags with stuff for the charity shop. I have been totally ruthless.;)

I do love a clear out!
Hope you are all having a lovely day, but thinking of those of you who are working (((hugs))):)
