Had to laugh on St. patrick's Day when I passed a little pub advertising the special of the day 'ulster stew' I guess the locals weren't into the traditional irish stew!

Only in Northern Ireland could we remember our ship building history
by naming an area after the one that sunk.
    (Titanic Area ).

Only in Northern Ireland could a supposedly unsinkable ship be built an go on to sink on it's MAIDEN voyage. Only in Northern Ireland could we be proud of the fact that it was built here!!:o

Only in Northern Ireland can 'Sex in the City' be banned from cinemas (Ballymena) because of God fearing councillors

Only in Northern Ireland can you make a story like that up, since it didn't actually happen.

P.S. It's "Sex and the City".

Sorry my mistake ... it wasn't on in Ballymena when it first came out in other cinemas ... had to go see it somewhere else ... no need to be unfriendly about it.

Only in Northern Ireland do people believe a story like that because it's actually more of a surprise if it's not true.
