    Because only in NI do we receive 8 or 9 thousand pounds for minor whiplash injuries which would attract compensation of 500 to 1000 in the rest of the UK.

    That has to be funded somehow.

    yeah, in my opinion no one should ever get money for whiplash unless it is bad enough to affect their work etc, i get whiplash at least twice a week playing rugby!
