only in Northern Ireland would a bank charge £6 for a copy bank statement .
I have a joint account in northern bank with an elderly relative .My relative receives a statement I dont .
I asked for a statement and they said £6 please .Northern are living in the dark ages .

I have another joint account at Santander .I said I wanted online banking and no paper statement ,they said I had to have a paper statement as it was a joint account .

I worked in a hotel for years, the manageress was a regular chapel attender, but that was her favorite saying after you tidied something up for her:rotfl: I always found it a bit strange but funny none the less:)
