Im currently on 1mb with pipex but am moving on 1st april and taking my phone number with me. I contacted pipex and they told me that as i'm within my 12months i would have to cancel my account and pay the £57 fee and apply as a new customer at new addresss, but when i am billed for my first month at new address i have to send them the confirmation cancelation email and they will refund my £57.

But i have seen on the link provided above that new customers are receiving a weeks holiday i dont know if i would get a refund plus a holiday?

spoke to them today and yes i wil get both refund and holiday. cool

I also paid the £15 yesterday to accelerate my line speed in days rather than wait a potential 6 months!
