Good news. Chartered surveryours survey showed a grim picture for the housing market.
Add to this every family is losing something like £900 and consumer confidence (and now high street sales) are really taking a pounding and the bear party looks like its back on guys!I am not a financial expert, and the post above is merely my opinion.:j0 -
****This thread is a "Bear Party" thread, and only bears are allowed to post in it.****House prices fell a massive 0.8% according to LR figures in feburary _party_ _party_Lets celebrate! Rates havent even gone up yet! The cuts havent even happened yet! Sentiment has only just started to turn gloomy on housing!!!!!! Despite all this the market is still falling!!!!!The victory line is approaching fellow bears, and there is nothing the government can do about it this time. Rates cant go down to stop the crash this time, the government cant launch any more stimulus packages this time either! The crash is coming. :bdaycake:
"I am not a financial expert"
It's akin to Wayne Rooney stating he isn't a rocket scientist.Nothing is foolproof, as fools are so ingenious!0 -

Blank I think you need to get your mind off houses, sitting alone in your rented flat worrying that you will never be able to buy at current/future prices is really starting to rot your mind.0

As trolling as B Blanks efforts are I do love the obvious parodying of a certain kind of bull post.
Yet here the bulls are hook line and sinker. you'd think they would know better.0
