Did you mean to give out that much information?

Perfect place for a BEAR PARTY.:happylove

I'd rather not have that on my screen at work thanks.

Plus it was already mentioned in post 13.

Good news. Chartered surveryours survey showed a grim picture for the housing market.

Add to this every family is losing something like £900 and consumer confidence (and now high street sales) are really taking a pounding and the bear party looks like its back on guys!

House prices fell a massive 0.8% according to LR figures in feburary _party_ _party_
Lets celebrate! Rates havent even gone up yet! The cuts havent even happened yet! Sentiment has only just started to turn gloomy on housing!!!!!! Despite all this the market is still falling!!!!!
The victory line is approaching fellow bears, and there is nothing the government can do about it this time. Rates cant go down to stop the crash this time, the government cant launch any more stimulus packages this time either!

    The crash is coming. :bdaycake:
It seems clear to me, every time I read one of your posts, that your signature is possibly the the most apt one you could have chosen:

It's akin to Wayne Rooney stating he isn't a rocket scientist.

Or Merv saying I'm not an economist.

    Which is sadly true.

    Nah BBlank.
Hamish expected every index to tank this month, so naturally the bulls win.

How the bulls can see anything postive for them in this months figures is beyond me geeners. Big month for the bears!

Blank I think you need to get your mind off houses, sitting alone in your rented flat worrying that you will never be able to buy at current/future prices is really starting to rot your mind.

As trolling as B Blanks efforts are I do love the obvious parodying of a certain kind of bull post.
Yet here the bulls are hook line and sinker. you'd think they would know better.
