****This thread is a "Bear Party" thread, and only bears are allowed to post in it.****House prices fell a massive 0.8% according to LR figures in feburary _party_ _party_Lets celebrate! Rates havent even gone up yet! The cuts havent even happened yet! Sentiment has only just started to turn gloomy on housing!!!!!! Despite all this the market is still falling!!!!!The victory line is approaching fellow bears, and there is nothing the government can do about it this time. Rates cant go down to stop the crash this time, the government cant launch any more stimulus packages this time either! The crash is coming. :bdaycake:
Do you really think it's absolutely necessary to point out on your signature that you 'are not a financial expert' it's probably not worth saving the other posters that 3 seconds.... just let them draw their own conclusionsChuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -

And not one single person trying to trip me up on them. I'm sticking to four words from now on
If you post five words and someone picks you up on it are you going to come back and say that it all depends on how you measure the number of words?0
