House prices fell a massive 0.8% according to LR figures in feburary _party_ _party_
Lets celebrate! Rates havent even gone up yet! The cuts havent even happened yet! Sentiment has only just started to turn gloomy on housing!!!!!! Despite all this the market is still falling!!!!!
The victory line is approaching fellow bears, and there is nothing the government can do about it this time. Rates cant go down to stop the crash this time, the government cant launch any more stimulus packages this time either!

It's just embarrasing.
Would there be jelly and ice cream, with the jelly coming out of a rabbit shaped mould? Maybe a goody bag with a slice of cake for when the party ends at 7pm.0 -
