    STS for me too

Normally I lose quite a bit in the first week but not this time.

Did manage to stay away from all caffine last week (and continuing to do so) and slept a lot better for it too, and only one afternoon nap all week :o

Also managed not to drink alcohol until the weekend, or biscuits, but a few too many of each of these fell into my mouth over the weekend!!

So this week more of the same I think but with extra veg and fruit.

Also able to walk to and from work all week with kids not being at school so that's more exercise than normal.

Thinking of investing in a cheap dvd player and dusting off my old exercise dvds. Need to do a bit more or will never shift these wobbly bits....
Looking for the sunshine after the rain

If you google it, you will find their website it tells you everything you need to know, basicly its 3 meals a day, No snacking, No seconds, No sweets except on days that start with S.

nice bright shiny morning! to all those putting on stick with it may mean a better weight loss next week. i dont get a proper weigh in until tomorrow night but couldnt resist going on the scales this morning - think i may be on for another 2lb loss but a lot can happen between now and then! splashed out yesterday and had a twix - yes both bits and to be quite honest didnt really enjoy it especially when i had to add it to my list and see a wasted 280 calories, didnt do any exercise yesterday - well not "real" exercise but did work up a sweat cleaning especially the windows and scrubbing the floor! right must move got a pile of ironing about 4ft high to contend with.

    have a great day

    Hi all,

Just checking what you are all up to and it looks like It is not the best week for a few of us. But thankfully there is more than half of April left to catch up.

I do feel like I have hit a brick wall and can't get it to move. :wall:
I have loads of good intensions, but don't always get them done which is showing on my weigh-ins. But hopefully this week I will have got out of the STS class.

I am planning on doing a bit of cleaning today, so hopefully that will work off the calories, then a walk this afternoon.

Keep going everyone. We can do it!!
