Brood home so that is it for the day. Will have to supervise homework and cook dinner.
Have sorted and folded a load of washing. Hung up a load and had to put another lot back through as I put it on the wrong wash and it is still caked in mud from the allotment.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Hello everybody,
Oh dear,a few poorlies today, hope you are all feeling better soon.
Happy Anniversary Taplady and Taplord.
I've been quite productive today, stripped 2 beds, will do the others tomorrow, cleaned our bathroom, swept the floors-did upstairs with the 'Ewbank' sweeper, done some ebaying ,online banking and paid our house insurance. For tea DH and i will have chicken breasts, and will make burgers for the lads(not enough chicken)Have roasties lo from yesterday.
I've also planted lots of veg and salad seeds.
We're feeling a bit
here as DS2s pregnant girlfriend has decided she doesnt want to be in a relationship with him anymore, which he has accepted, but he still wants to be involved with the pregnancy. She has been ignoring his texts and calls most of the time, and when she does speak she isn't being very nice. Its not as though they've had a big row or anything, just said she wanted space,so I think its related to her pregnancy hormones.Yesterday one of his mates emailed her and said she was being unfair, which sparked off a row.He knows now he shouldnt have interfered,as she thinks DS put him up to it.Anyway I think that has all been smoothed over now,and mate has apologised to both of them. DS is down about it as he didnt want to be a weekend dad(or us occasional grandparents
) Hopefully things will settle down soon.I think DS2 being off sick and in pain with his back hasnt helped as he has a lot of time to brood,& he was so pleased about the baby.
Anyway we have other things to think about as DH cousin is having her op for bowel cancer today,so we're keeping fingers crossed it goes well.
Nice day now the fog has gone but its cold, brrr.Think I'll distract myself with some family tree stuff for an hour.My niece(the one who is due in2 weeks) has asked to look at it,to see if there are any unusual names. They seem all fairly run of the mill to me :rotfl:-must be a common lot:rotfl:

Happy anniversary tappers!
Aww poor littles mine hated dirolyte, hope they get better soon
Lactose free easter eggs, our local health food shop sells, its called for goodness sake.
Well i failed miserably to do any of the jobs i was supposed to do. Instead i went shopping, called into sainsbugs to find all the basics 18p pasta was completely gone. I was lucky to get the last bag of spaghetti.
so instead i spent the rest of the day howling like a banshee with a friend. The neighbours thought we were drunk because we laughing so much.
So the house looks like a bomb has hit it, so will be tackling the flea stuff tomorrow, so going to start throwing more carp out after i've picked snips up from gym club.
Better run x0 -

Afternoon all
Happy Aniversary to the Tappers:beer:
Sorry to be MIA again but not really had a lot to post! Thanks for the messages on fb, nice to know you are missed!
Went to see the Solicitor last week and it wasn't particularly good news on that front. OH called at weekend and told me that he is now going on very short time (4 x half days a week basically) so not sure what will happen now - looking like I will loose the house. He was talking about moving back in to save costs but still living his own life and Sol says that I can't stop him really as house is in joint names. Not an ideal situation at all, don't know when or where this will all end!
Anyway OS wise, since I got home from work, I have put on wm, cleaned floors and emptied all bins. Let down a pair of trousers as they were just slightly too short and were annoying me. Got to set off and pick DD2 up from work now, I hate driving in the centre at this time of the evening, will hit all rush hour traffic on the way back.
Hope you are all keeping well and I will try to post more often

RosyRed -big hugs to you all - so sad to be in this situation. maybe when she's had some space she'll come round again. Hope so, anyway.
Taplady and Taplord -Happy Anniversary - hope you're enjoying your special day.
Not feeling 100% today so not a lot achieved I'm afraid. DSis and DBiL coming for a few days tomorrow - I have at least made up their bed.
Washing needs bringing in in a minute - more to add to the ironing mountain!
Take care all.Resolution:

Loulou we got lactose free eggs, bunnies and Fr. Christmases (at the appropriate times of year) from Waitr0se.
Happy anniversary Taplady & Taplord. We are heading for 37!!
Got the washing dried on the line. Did look a bit dubious during the afternoon and I thought when I finished work I would find it all soggy, but no:) Forecast not good for rest of week - but they often revise their ideas!

Hmmmm I suppose ours would be sort of a big wedding. we paid for exlusive use to get married here with a sit down meal for around 70 guests. No disco or anything on the evening (or indeed any additional guests), just my friend and her H (who plays the piano VERY well) providing the evening entertainment :T We had our 2 week honeymoon in Florida at Disneyworld (staying in their budget apartments mind) but considering this was the 3rd time in my entire life I'd been abroad we'd hardly been living up our life prior to getting married
Was cheaper than the average wedding but we didn't go into debt for it and both my parents and FIL contributed to the wedding. I wouldn't go into thousands of pounds worth of debt just to get married, we saved back some equity from the sale of our first house.
Happy Anniversary to Mr and Mrs Tappers xxx
Been really busy today, hardly in the house, doing a wardrobe makeover on my mum LOL.
Catch up tomorrow, hope you all had a great day today. Rain on the way on Wednesday
