    Morning All ,

RR - hope you and OH feel better soon
miecherox - the last thing you need right now is stress so don't worry about taking some time out. I was off work for the first 3 months of this pregnancy due to stress.
kezlou - :hello: stranger where you been?! xx

Most unimpressed by the "Protest" at the weekend. Nice to see how 100,000 odd people managed to march to Hyde Park with no trouble, yet a group of idiots manage to start a riot. Needless to say, we did not get to the Ritz on Saturday - I wouldn't mind if they knew what they were protesting about, but the official march was about spending cuts in the public sector - what's that got to do with the Ritz or Fortnum's? Would love to know how many of the rioters actually pay the taxes (or any tax at all) they were supposedly so up in arms about... I doubt it somehow

Have had a carp night's sleep too. Bubba would not settle last night despite being as quiet as a mouse all day, and then woke me up at 5 this morning. Now appears to be trying to get out via my belly button :rotfl:

Tea tonight is bubble and squeak and leftover roast chicken.

Hugs to everyone to celebrate my last Monday at work :j xx

    Morning All

Cooler here today but at least it's dry
First load of washing on the line and the second in the WM.

Must admit the fence looks brill DH, DS and neighbour did a really good job, only trouble is getting rid of the old fence panels, our council says that you have to have a permit to take them to recycling so I will probably burn them rather than going through red tape for a permit that can take a week to get here, DH burnt 2 last night and will do another 2 every night if the weather is dry.
miecherox... Sounds like your bosses have the @rse because you are pregnant and are trying to get you to leave of your own volition so that they don't have to pay maternity pay - unfortunately there are quite a few small firms who take this route. They can't do anything if you go sick due to stress caused by them

Got a few bits to get in Asda today.........I hate that shop so it will be a quick in and out with my list.
Then off for a mooch in poundland.

    Well must get my brekkie
    Enjoy your day all x

    morning!

it is our 23rd wedding anniversary today:love: we celebrated with a meal out on Saturday as both of us are working today - me until 10pm so wont see much of each other. We had a quiet registry office wedding with a buffet afterwards at my Nans house - only a few people were there. I always remember my Nan coming out to greet me and saying how beautiful I looked:) DH and I went out for a meal at a local hotel that night - no honeymoon as we were skint although we did manage a week away later in the year in a caravan in Wales:D a bit different from the weddings nowadays but I've always believed that most of the expense of big flash weddings is for other peoples benefit and for show I'm glad we had a small 'do'.

Anyway enough waffle:D OS wise - WM just on its last spin, have taken an aubergine bake out of the frreezer to take to work for my tea, DH having sausage and mash - DS is at a friends.

Have cleaned through - hoovered, cleaned bathroom and kitchen floors.

Had a shower and just having a coffee now bore doing anything else.
Might bake the Easter biscuits I've been meaning to make for weeks.

Off to work for 2pm but calling into Specsavers on the way to pick up my prescription sunglasses which are finally ready.

Redruby - hope you're both better soon and that DD doesn't catch it x x

    take care all x x

Morning all:wave:, grey and a little chilly this morning, a bit of a shock to the system after the beautiful weather last week:(. Not feeling to great this morning, feel sick and have a really bad stomach ache, you know when you have that sicky feeling. So not to sure what I will be doing today.Woofer walked and fed, wm has been on and is on again, put that load on the line hoping it will at least partly dry.Have my "new" dishwasher now after the other went bang last week. Its an old one but as long as it works and is safe I'm not bothered that it isn't the latest model.Ds4 is having his class photos done today for the year book hard to believe he will be leaving school in a few weeks, the time has flown by.Dinner tonight is hm chicken and mushroom pie with creamy mash and green beans and sweetcorn. Not to sure if I will be eating , will see how I feel when the time comes.
Hope everyone is ok, have a good day all.:)

Happy Anniversary Taplady. Your wedding sounds perfect. Sounds a bit like ours, concentrating on the reason to get married and not the spectacle.

Home from the school run. Just sat with a cup of coffee to get a dose of caffiene before I start on the room of doom.
