I paid for a TV on 08/06/2009 from ebuyer Elonex 37" HD Ready LCD TV Widescreen 1368x768 1200:1 8ms 16:9 VGA/HDMI Gloss Black 1 Year Warranty,
I've started to get ghost images while watching tv, I can still see the tv guide slightly.
Of course the warranty has run out, But is there any sort of laws that can say otherwise.

Have you connected anything else recently? We get ghosting when the DVD recorder is switched on at the same time0

umm,
I only have topuptv connect via scart, SKY+HD via HDMI, VHS via scart and a dvd via scart. But only topuptv is turned on righ tnow0 -
When do you get the ghost images, what electrical appliance are you using at the time, ie. Sky or Topuptv, etc.
How do you connect the VHS/DVD player up to the tv? Is the Sky connected to them?
My sky is connected to my TV through my VHS player (so I can record shows...I know who does that nowadays. Lol) and if I leave the VHS on, I will get ghost images or interference on the TV.0 -
Its called screen burn.0

Hi,
We have a techy board that should be of some help here, so I'll move the thread across there.

You can get crosstalk in cheap scart cables. Disconnect everything and reconnect piece at a time to see when you get the problem. Possibly swapping the scarts around may eliminate it if the problem only occurs with one unit and you match that up with a decent cable.0
