I am not in work til 11 today as my littlest one has chicken pox and my mother is coming over to help outbut can't get here til 11. **sigh**
Still, if i can get to the shop early enough, I might be able to get enough bits to disinfect my floor that the cat peed on last night.

Think its just gonna be one of those weeks!! Just got back to work after two weeks off sick and now dd is needing me home for another week.

I finally found out what everyone is congratulating pigpen for and just want to offer my own congrats too. :D

So far, done the above plus 1xDW and 1xWM.

    Good morning everyone :)

You and your family are in my thoughts Mumto5 x

I am feeling a bit more energetic today, so hopefully will be able to complete the whole list :) I did do my ironing last night, although there is more now, so I will be doing that today, too.

  • Hi peeps!

Bit of a noobie with this flying thing, but since the weekend I've kept my kitchen sink shiny, got DH's clothes and my own clothes ready the night before, got dinner out the freezer, AND did a 27 item boogie!

Both DH and I work full time, have studying to do most nights, care for my mum Saturday afternoon/evening (she lives 20 miles away), and am generally too knackered to do anything but the most desultory housework. So I am pretty chuffed at what I have achieved so far........

When I get home tonight, I'll hang out the washing, and put another wash on. For a family of two people and three cats, we create one heck of a mess.

OK, that's all for now. I'm trying to pick up the routines a bit at a time!

Love, hugs and spoons to those that need em :)

Well is dreary and miserable here and i dont want to go out but i have to :( OH is full of the cold/flu defo not man flu anymore and I need to go and hunt down medicine he can take as he cant take tablets as he cant swallow them so going to be a nice fortune in the chemist shortly.

Other than that the downstairs is reasonably tidy, the spare room is a tip as that is where we are storing the bits for the new house, so far we have a paint pod and some bedside lights :) my nephews 1st birthday presents and a couple of clothes horses as im drying clothes out the way. that room is going to continue to be my ROD so will probably ignore it for the next couple of weeks as im back to full time hours soon and wont have as much time as i like to sort things out.

OK a list and then off to the chemist

Is this IBS? Or allergies? Have a couple of friends with IBS and cater for them regularly so really feel for you.

Allergies.. you don't get a rash or swollen mouth/throat with IBS .. the gastric disturbances come the next day.. I also think IBS is far too commonly 'diagnosed' without any testing to rule out any food intolerances.. and some of the medication is known to cause lifelong debilitating problems yet still handed out like sweets.

As long as you can close the door and open it again, I see nothing wrong with that... that's probably why I'm in the mess I'm in:rotfl:
