awh thanks for your help.......full scan been running for over 40 mins......so hopefully i,m nearly there...as been at this yesterday and today since 5pm......but i,m determined to get this sorted.......

Do you use Internet explorer? And do you know if you have broadband to connect to the internet?0

Don't use Internet Exploder. Use Firefox with the Noscript addon, for better security.0

Nah I wouldn't worry about defragging. Just leave the scan go and do something more interesting, and check it in 20 minutes. When it's done, post if the full log for alienrik.0 -
