Annoying small print in TV ads

The thing is that the reason that ads have to include the small print is because of ASA rulings preventing them from misleading the public with any/all of the examples above. Would you rather they failed to provide the information that might help inform your decision?
Nope, I want honesty in advertising. Advertising mascara on a model with lash extensions is basically dishonest. If they didn't use the extensions then they wouldn't need the small sprint. This enables the mascara buyer to make a better informed choice.
