Sod it ... only 3k credit limit... so can only transfer 2,700 of £4k from the halifax card which is incurring 19% interest, meaning I have pay 1,300 from my cash post.Credit Card Debts: £11,605.95/£16,240.53 - 71% paid off.

unlikely, when izools was turned down for the simplicity card, they didn't automatically offer him the 'initial' card he would have almost certainly got.
you have applied for a specific card, with specific requirements, and specific terms and conditions
they will either give you this card* or not
