I entered my vouchers for yesterday at 11.48pm and just received one now! guess what though its n/a on a tv!:p haven't had the other two yet though and that was food:)

Did your emails have 4 digit receipt numbers in the subject header?
Mine have and they bear no resemblance to the order/receipt sheet that the drivers gives you as your receipt.

It's all very odd and I'm certainly not letting it drop. I'll offer to send copies of m receipts and printout of screenshots of asda price at the time of the chop/price check.

They just seem to be digging themselves into a deeper hole as each day goes by.

What annoyed me the most is they had no interest in fixing my problem at all and then use excuses to not bother to even try!! This was the first time I had ever tried to use it and it was on a £72 shop, it was a regular online order and had NO ALCOHOL on or anything else like people have been posting, I was just curious after seeing the adverts and in no way was I expecting to get anything back as I buy alot of own brand products and only few branded!!

Yes i am but wasnt entered until about 7pm ish so i dont know if this will make a difference

lol i am nearly there only got a couple more packs to buy got caught out on pancake day had no non stick frying pan kids pancakes didnt go down too well lol

I entered mine at 5pm yesterday. I am bored with continually re-entering the details to see if the vouchers there as I dont seem to get emails from them anymore.
