What annoyed me the most is they had no interest in fixing my problem at all and then use excuses to not bother to even try!! This was the first time I had ever tried to use it and it was on a £72 shop, it was a regular online order and had NO ALCOHOL on or anything else like people have been posting, I was just curious after seeing the adverts and in no way was I expecting to get anything back as I buy alot of own brand products and only few branded!!

I only saw this thread last Sunday and I input 3 previous receipt within the month range. I do shop online with them every week and have done so for years so I find this excuse to be rubbish. Also in the past if I have a problem with an item eg: out of date product, I ring them and they access my order details and they refund the item. They have access to my orders so why can't they price check them? Oh well, I love a challenge so let's hope we get a proper response on Monday. Oh, forgot to say that when I rang during the week to ask why I hadn't received any emails the CS were less than helpful so I emailed the ceo from the email address posted here and they did respond earlier yesterday to ask me to check my order numbers and then email them with them...............again, which I did and also added the latest shop order number. It does seem to be something to do with the order number that isn't registering in the system but not sure why.

I bought two packs of the Rump Steak in Tesco last night, no DTD for me :( Still, it balances out with the other items I got on DTD last night so I shouldn't complain lol.. Will make for a nice dinner for OH, DD, and DS tonight :D

Don't think this has been mentioned before:

Covent Garden moroccan tagine soup £2.20 T £1.00 A = net -20p CONFIRMED this am

there's also possibly the leek & potato & carrot and coriander at £1.97 T/ £1.00 but not tried them

Would go nice as a sauce for the rack of lamb ;)

The soup is showing £1.45 on Asda online

    Hi

Can somebody explain the co-op voucher scenario.

I have been reading since page 480 of previous thread (taken ages) lol, and there is talk of Mr T taking a co-op voucher.

Is this any co-op voucher, I can find no mention of it anywhere else. Is it just Co-op ?

    Thanks :o:o

Just got my first voucher for £20, missed out before but glad to be on board now!
    Have a couple of questions:
How are people getting more than one voucher, is it by dividing the shop when paying and using different email addresses?
If i go to Mr T and use my voucher to pay for the shopping can i still get DTD?

    Thanks
