    returns

can someone advise how to do a return on something that didn't work?

(i have searched the other thread for 'returns' but couldn't find an answer.:o

I've got a voucher from a shop but want to return an item that was n/a. if i return it before i use my voucher they will scribble on the barcode on the receipt, i think i can't return it after i use the voucher because they keep the reciept?

Unfortunately this is the 'gamble', and a reminder to only buy products you can use yourself as part of your normal shop in case it goes t**s up like this, you need to do some sums and see if its worth jeapordising the rest of your receipt voucher and swallowing the 'loss' on this single product and just use it, or return it and potentially lose the rest of your DTD voucher.

Quick question: Is the £100 total per household from the date of the first DTD voucher received or each calendar month?

    Thanks.

Can't believe what I am seeing this is such farce.

Tesco have sent me my results it clearly shows Asda are cheaper but they are saying Tesco was cheaper!!!!

I bought the identical own brand cereals, coco pops, coco hoops and rice krispies - same weight's too. Asda have 3 for £2.00. Tesco have only compared 2 of the cereals and left 1 off and 1 loaf of Hovis bread!!!

What is going on??? Anyone else had this?

Just had two emails through from Thursday's shops where I used up my two large vouchers to buy their offers and finish up (ready to start a smaller £100 a month regime in April :p)

Am I the only one who finds it coincidental that the only two emails I received were where Mr T was actually cheaper, and that on all occasions where they've owed me a coupon it's been up to me to check up on them?

They've compared both Hovis loaves on mine.

I did have similar happen with their ready meals on a normal shop though - both Tesco and Asda have their ready meals on 5 for £4 (so works out at 80p each) but one of the Asda ones came up as N/A so they compared Tesco's meals at 80p and Asda's at £1.

Made no difference to me though as this was a normal shop that I didn't expect DTD on - just put the receipt in to see
