take your receipt back into the store within 7 days and they have to give you a duplicate. Will be on A4 paper but they still have to accept it.

Sad to hear yours may have been deliberate don't think mine was as the piece from the receipt before was also attached to mine so think it must be a problem with the machine as it seems to be the same piece that is missing from mine so the next person will have my two digits lol0 -

Can I ask where about the Heinz snap pots were located in the store? I could not find them with the other beans ie Tins and Fridge pack, would they be somewhere else or would this mean they did not stock them? Thanks.0
