    Can anyone help?

    Did a dtd shop today and corner missing so unable to input at price checker remember reading this happened to some ohers but can't find info do I need to call the store & ask for another copy? or missing digits.

    any advice much appreciated

    this also happened to me (i think on purpose as the cs woman has always been horrible and she happened to be on the till that day)
    take your receipt back into the store within 7 days and they have to give you a duplicate. Will be on A4 paper but they still have to accept it.

    Now theres an interesting fact I learnt from watching childrens telly. Did you know.........that crisps always go out of date on a Saturday??? Spooky, but true!!!

    I have just looked at my voucher to print for tomorrow and the terms and conditions are not numbered and there is a digit missing from the bottom, anyone else had this problem??

    I am brand new to this & did a shop today & swipped my mothers clubcard & I should be getting about £15 back for DTD but my mother has also entered her shop which she did today - will this invalidate both shops for dtd as we used the same clubcard for shops on the same day and live at the same address?
    Can anyone advise?

    hmmm and i thought i was the only one that watched childrens tv (bearing in mind i have no children:rotfl:)
