Have managed to rush back to this thread after finally managing to tear myself away to complete our Census return. Didn't want a £1k fine to offset all my recent hard work

Certainly before DTD dominated my life I know that Tesco was cheaper than anywhere else for the stuff I buy regularly. Yes I might have nipped to Iceland to buy the odd frozen thing, oxo cubes or milk 'cause they were individually cheaper there, but as a whole Tesco won.
I think this is because I buy very few branded goods, and although I have tried other supermarkets own or value ranges have never regarded them as highly as Tescos. I'm not a food snob, in fact I quite like a lot of Oaklane stuff. Also I find that my Tesco reduces its fresh stuff by a good %age so I can offten buy better, even if it has a yellow sticker.
I am having trouble buying my regular stuff now though. It almost breaks my heart to use some of my DTD voucher to buy stuff, not that will be used (as I am picky about what I buy), but stuff that we actually need!

I went to Tesco late last night.
Spent £17.71 including a £1.50 mothers day card with the rest on DTD which meant I got £18.42 back!
:j
Weirdly the small mothers day cards were around £3 but they had some huge ones that were only £1.50 so bought one of those, added lots of photos from the holidays etc of the past year inside and sent it off via the post office. :TMortgage: [STRIKE]Jan 11 - £91830 [/STRIKE][STRIKE] Jan 12 - £89'199[/STRIKE] May 14 - £69'999 Car Loan: [STRIKE]Jan 11 - £3658 [/STRIKE] July 12 - £0! I haven't seen this posted, but looking for wine (hic) deals - mysupermarket shows A as having Blossom Hill Grenache on 3 4 10.00, at T 3 would be 17.37, dtd 14.74 and cost for 3 bottles 2.63 - could this possibly be correct? - always supposing you can find it in stock?- thanks for any advice/help0

I've got to that stage too. I want another voucher, but i want to buy things we'll use and that i can make a meal out of that are also voucher generators. there aren't that many unfortunately so I am going to do a big normal shop this weekend taking advantage of all the current great offers and be able to feed my family properly!Have managed to rush back to this thread after finally managing to tear myself away to complete our Census return. I am wondering if this email is a random thing? As I have only used 2 emails, gone over on both (not by much) and used a clubcard most times...but no email for me.
Are you saying you were over the limit but STILL got a voucher through today? Or did you sybmit your last receipt prior to yesterday?
I'm curious because I reckon they only starting logging the email limit at the end of the month prior to that, they didn't seem to be taking any notice. I guess they've got to the end of the month and totted all the totals up.ELITE 5:2
