my 2nd question of the day! :o

need to enter 2 receipts....but what do you put for the date? 01/04/11 or 1/04/11? the latter is printed on the bottom of my receipts......

I put "1". I would stick with that as that is what is printed on our receipts... however, many people have put "01" to

I suppose of it comes back as wrong then we should be able to re-enter them the other way round anyway?

Pop back with it or ring the store and explain that you were given your voucher back in error. Otherwise the checkout operator will be disciplined and may lose his or her job when the till is cashed up.

Use your conscience, its a no-brainer!

I agree! the other day I said to the SA you sign my receipt and keep the voucher. she said otherwise my till will be down £46 this evening (said in a tone of this will be a problem). take it back

I will say again - it is not only email addresses, I have retried to submit a receipt on a new email address and it is not working after it got rejected from my usual email address so it is more than email address. My guess is that the receipt numbers got flagged in the database.

I think your only option is to do a new dtd shop, say a £5 one and try that on your new email, as you say that receipt has probably been flagged somewhere.
