I will say again - it is not only email addresses, I have retried to submit a receipt on a new email address and it is not working after it got rejected from my usual email address so it is more than email address. My guess is that the receipt numbers got flagged in the database.

I agree with you though, I don't think this will work. especially not for me as I have used my clubcard, stupidly, every time.0 -
Great - we both agree it's not worth it - we all know we're on borrowed time with something this good, but better to be on borrowed free time rather than serving time ;-)
Cheers for acknowledging and sorry for the rant but I would hate for anyone to come a cropper by doing something like the idea originally floated.jimbotjimbot wrote: »simon31leeds wrote: »You got your original £20 of Tesco priced / £10 ASDA priced goods to give you a £20 DTD voucher. There is no reason other than plain laziness or spite to try and reuse the voucher and receipt. You know it's wrong and yet you labour the point. Yes, you can use it again technically however legally you cannot as you've already used it - you know it, the S.A. knows it, the CCTV knows it as does the SA till that's £20 down tonight, so the S.A. will think 'who did I accept a voucher from today' and probably remember you pretty clearly.
All this adds up to you running the risk of prosecution for the sake of nothing other than laziness or spite in my opinion. And if you're not planning to use it again, why have the conversation that flys in the face of decency?[/QUOTE]
All Fair and valid points, its hard when behind a screen to say "i wasnt planning on doing this" and have people believe you.
I was just raising the question, perhaps by hilighting this and having a general consensus it may put others off doing so, which is no bad thing for all
I wasnt initially enquiring about doing such practice, it was just an observation really. Am sure other people have been in the same situation and put themselves at risk to the above and hopefully will now see why its not worth it.0 -

So that voucher wont be in the till - and wont be sent back to HQ so they will have no recollection of it as it was just processed as a £20.** voucher.
So the till was down £20? :eek:If you see someone without a smile give them one of yours,
It wont cost you anything!

Unfortunately, the tone/manner of your original post did rather indicate that you WERE seriously planning on doing this - and when you kept going on with all the ifs and buts, that seemed to confirm the initial impression. If you have been misjudged, then I'm sorry. But I still think you should have given the CA the voucher back - they will be down on their till.ELITE 5:2

Something to do with the system being cleared once all the days receipts had been accounted for.
