Would someone please tell me about these emails that people are receiving stating that they are over the limit please?

I see what you are saying, but what i am saying is - They gave me my original receipt and my DTD voucher back.

So that voucher wont be in the till - and wont be sent back to HQ so they will have no recollection of it as it was just processed as a £20.** voucher.

So far you have had polite replies - if you keep banging on about this VERY iffy situation, you will surely get a few pointed and less polite responses! Whether they have kept the voucher or not, it makes no difference - you have used it once and that is ALL you are entitled to.

Incidentally, why on earth didn't you tell the CA that he/she had to keep the voucher - their till will be down tonight by the value of your voucher. Its no b***** good to you and they will be in trouble and possibly have to put the money into the till. Not really fair.

Can someone please explain to me why the Amore yogurts need to be bought in 4s? I can't get my head round it! They're 60p each or 4 for £2 at tesco and 25p at Asda, right?

I'm another one, that just put 1 :) Copied receipt exactly, felt that was the best thing to do.

    Dear Customer,

As you may know Price Check claims are limited to £100 per household per month as per our terms and conditions. Our records show that you have exceeded this limit and we cannot issue a voucher on this occasion.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Yes but you know it has been used, is that not enough?

Me personally I would just throw it in the bin.

If it were me (and its happened to me twice now) I'd have given them the voucher back and made sure they knew the correct procedure. Firstly it stops them getting a rollocking for the till being light and secondly it goes some way to stopping some of the dodgy things people have been doing due to Tesco not training their staff about this!

That spreadsheet is bad news i think, how easy is it for people to send to friends etc, soon everybody in the country will have it and that means 2 things, either you will have no chance of finding DTD stuff in the shops as they will sell out immediately, also tesco will end up pulling the promotion because everyone will be at it.

I dont mean to sound un greatful, I love the spreadsheet, but its made this far too easy for just everyone in the country. So rather than a select amount who take the time to read through the boards and keep up to date, everyone will be DTD'ing. And sorry to those who rteally dont have time to read through etc. And to be honest it is time consuming, and I do like not having to search the forum all the time, but I managed to make time before and did well with DTD.

Waits to got shot down :(
