It says calender month in the T&C, so I'm hoping that's what it means. However, that'll surely relate to when you make the purchase - when you input it is irrelevant (as long as within 28days!)

EDIT: Ignore me, the answers just been posted above!

So is it related to purchase date or input date? I couldn't see that information above. TIA

just rang CS services because i'm fed up of this "CALENDER MONTH"
VS "1 MONTH FROM INPUT OF 1ST RECIEPT"

CS confirm it is calender month and ok to start inputting new batch of 10 receipts from today!

she also agreed ok to input my sis's receipts that have gone over the limit on another email address if they were for someone else

will try and let you know

then she will have to sell/give her shopping to my mum if it works:D

Thank you!! OH is sick of me asking questions like... "calendar month...that's like, March, April, May etc right? Like we pay our rent per calendar month...?" I thought I was going mad every time I read another post about it!!

IMPORTANT

I have just received this email

Dear Customer,

As you may know Price Check claims are limited to £100 per household per month as per our terms and conditions. Our records show that you have exceeded this limit and we cannot issue a voucher on this occasion.

Thank you for your understanding.

It is all of nothing to be honest. Whether it is per rolling calendar month or per calendar month, you can only request one check on average 3 days anyway (max 10 a month) even if Asda is dearer.

So for those happy to shop every 3 days, carry on with your clubcard and one email address. Those who are shopping for 'others' will need to use their email address and clubcard.

• Hi All, Hope your all having a fun day...

Just got in and found emails waiting for me, tesco is timed at 1630 so looks like they are late sending out, although receipt was submitted late last night.

And for those avid readers you will be pleased to note the receipt that got partially eaten by the dog was accepted with no problem last night.

I was very worried as I did not see any price check POS materials in store.

Anyways here was last nights shop in case it helps anyone....

Oh and its a bit odd i panicked when my planned DTD purchaes were out of stock and was done from memory

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.

I have a friend who does the DTD thing too, yet doesn't have a home email address (and isn't allowed 'personal' email at her work addy). She just enters whatever imaginary email she thinks up that day (e.g. firstofapril@anyoldrubbish.com) in the email sections of the Pricechecker, and remembers/makes note of it for the next day, so she uses the same when she checks to see if the voucher is in yet - when it is, she prints it. So most likely hasn't ever entered the same 'email address' twice! Really does not need to be your own email, or even a real one. She also doesn't use her clubcard/credit card for transactions. She reckons her household has exceeded the monthly £100, (though not by a vast amount, definitely not completely taking the mick) especially if it's not a calendar month but a rolling month, but - as yet - has had no problems with vouchers.

Unless it's IP address being monitored......!

thats awful!!!!!

what if the email address actually belongs to soemone and they get a copy of the email and a voucher and use it???? then it would be used twice

the whole thing seems a bit off to me, sorry to criticise:(

what issues are people having when they use their clubcard? Is it just problems with the £100 limit or something else?
