    new calender month starts today
So it's the date you input your receipt onto the price checker then! Got ya!!

Hope I can re-submit yesterdays and will try, but you live and learn and no good crying over spilt milk! If re submitting dosen't work, I'll re-imburse neighbours myself as I helped them do their shopping list!!! Then they'll be the coolest octogenarians around as each will have their own e-mail addy despite not understanding the net at all!!

what issues are people having when they use their clubcard? Is it just problems with the £100 limit or something else?

It's not an issue as such but if you are going to go over your £100 per month 'allowance' then you may as well write a letter to Head Office and let them know. nod.gif

Ahh okay. I probably wont come close to the £100, just checking as I've used my clubcard every time.

    IMPORTANT

I have just received this email

    Dear Customer,

As you may know Price Check claims are limited to £100 per household per month as per our terms and conditions. Our records show that you have exceeded this limit and we cannot issue a voucher on this occasion.

    Thank you for your understanding.

Hi - sorry brand new on here although have looked through the forums for a while. This topic is great - tried it once and got a voucher back. Just a quick question - can the voucher be used to buy more stuff and claim DTD on the new bits? Thanks

Yes there is nothing in T&C 's that state you cannot do this.

I say Tesco found it EASY to make promises it still cannot keep.
