I'm trying mine with a new e-mail and it's still not letting me get past the first page. I did four shops yesterday, two for me, two for my neighbour. i often do their shopping as they're elderly and my perk is the clubcard points and schools vouchers. I was trying to do them a good turn and now feel terrible!

i was trying to get my receipt out of the purse and it stuck and now i got top left corner teared apart. Do you think they will accept this with DTD voucher? did any of you have a similar situation? thanks!

Thankfully I got 2 out of the 3 receipts submitted from yesterdays shop so only a £20 loss. Just a shame that the other two were £8 and £12 and this one was the £20 one. I have been using my clubcard for the last few days so would definately say it is the clubcard and not the email address. I dont think I actually even used my clubcard email address to submit the receipt anyway.

Will know more tomorrow as used clubcard today and just created two new email addresses to submit todays receipts. If they get rejected then this will be confirmed.

Moral of the story is dont use Clubcard :mad:

One that I did today let me put it through, although I used my usual email so prob wont get it tomorrow anyway. But, it is working.
