Mine got 1 digit missing! was accepted though, also all my 3 receipts are signed ( Good on them, they got the hang of it non @ my store)RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)0 -
Just noticed on the receipt they are not giving detail eg in Asda two Shipphams spreads were on rollback some weren't but in receipt as savoury spread so they won't be identifiable. Also Heinz fridge pack is down as baked beans and not Heinz - is this how they are dealing with it?
I bought 2 fridge packs of Heinz beans yesterday and they were just shown as Heinz beans on the shop receipt but the online version when I got my voucher shows them as Heinz baked beans fridge pack. I guess they know which one it is from the amount? You should be OK with this, anyway, as I shopped yesterday and got my DTD voucher today.A [STRIKE]B[/STRIKE][STRIKE]C [/STRIKE]D E [STRIKE]F[/STRIKE]G H I J K L M N O P Q R S [STRIKE]T[/STRIKE]U V [STRIKE]W [/STRIKE]X Y Z0 -

Refund of £30 into bank! Woohoo! Cant believe I didnt have enough money to buy more!!! Anyways so excited about this that I messed up my other DTD shop a bit but cant win them all!!! Not used to bullying anyone up - just ask Mr T! - but credit where it's due to gazwood for putting threads 1+2 up. A lot of people have had a good laugh and been able to spend many hours, some late into the night, throwing chit-chat around. That's not to mention the ton of money it has saved a lot of people. I'm sure everyone else on the forum will say likewise when I say "Many thanks gazwood".0

to people who want to be a bit cheeky and buy a gift card or use more then one voucher per transaction: JUST TRY AND SEE HOW IT GOES!!!
I did all of it already: got cash at CS for my vocher(lol), brought a gift card plus dtd items and got another voucher and just today went for a 31.++ shop, used a 5off30 notw coupon and two vouchers, supervisor said I can only use one so I said split my shop then, and he said ok I'll let you use two this timeit all depends on the people who serve you so if you have no luck try somewhere else it will work
PS. One receipt for a voucher was a really long one as I did a mixed shop(which didn't work very well re dtd) and the supervisor asked "so what was cheaper at asda then, the gin?" and I said "yes and some of the other bits too"He seemed quite amused actually and asked me if I have any more vouchers to use lol next time, boy!

And re the rump steaks: I had them on my asda list and the price went up from 7/kg to 11.48/kg so I will not risk them! But if someone will please update your result tomorrow as I'd love to get some if it works... if not will have to get the lamb lol0

There were 3 different members of staff gathered around the till advising this and the person at the other end of their message system insisted they would not accept my voucher if I wanted my receipt back.....:(
I would've asked for proof of the email.0 -
Actually convinced my husband to take me to Tesco this afternoon! It's things like this that make me wish I could drive :rotfl:
Did a normal weekly shop and only spent £19 thanks to the £25.08 voucher I got last week. Also did a DTD shop (all things we would have usually included in our weekly shop, just posher brands, and twice the normal amount of diet coke!), spent £29ish, but had an £18.94 voucher.
If DTD works on everything I should get £20 back (would have been £21.12 without the limit). Got a bit confused when they didn't have any of the Cathedral City cheddar that was on my list, but remembered seeing some Jamie Oliver Italian sausages on the thread in the past couple of days so figured a couple of packs of those were worth a try.
Had 2 seperate trolleys, and went to different tills - my poor hubby was terrified taking the normal shopping through, even though our voucher was only little compared to most on here.
I picked a young girl SA, she was really chatty and immediately asked if I was pregnant - lucky I am or I could have left Tesco feeling very sad :rotfl: Chatted to her the whole time she was scanning my shopping, and then just handed over the voucher. She called to the girl on the next till asking if it was ok to take these vouchers, girl replied 'yeah just scan it' - tried to get her to sign my previous delivery note but she didn't have a pen! She wished me luck with giving birth and off I went!
Put my shopping in the car and went back to find OH in case he had any voucher problems. His SA was really nice too, but did say he could only put the voucher through if OH had a clubcard. OH looked at me all panic-stricken but I just pulled out my clubcard and handed it over - we're nowhere near the limit, only problem could have been that I used 2 vouchers on one day, but we're a 20min drive from the nearest Tesco so don't go there often. He didn't sign that delivery note either and I completely forgot to ask him to - too busy worrying that someone would have seen us use 2 vouchers on the CCTV :rotfl:
OH went from being completely clueless and convinced we were breaking the law, to obsessed and asking me what else we should have got as we drove out of the car park :TGrocery Challenge £5.43/£320.00
