Could only put it through if you used a clubcard? Hope this isnt a new rule. What if you dont want a clubcard??

I think he was just a bit unsure of what he was meant to be doing so wanted to sound knowledgable!!

I didn't have to show my clubcard at a different till, but did hand it over anyway.

My first post so be gentle... I think I've found a good one -

Kellogs Nutri-grain Apple Bars £1 for a box of six @ Asda

If I go on the Tesco website the product description says "Kellogs Nutrigrain Apple 6 pack" but the picture of the product has '8 bars' clearly written on it. £2.65 (buy one get one free but buy one for max DTD?)

    Worth a try ?

Not updated on mysupermarket as far as I can see.

Wow ive been out, to tesco of course, got back and new thread and 9 pages already!!!

Ive had no probs at all with any of my vouchers, today with my smallest one, sa didnt have a clue, said tesco have boobsed up and she thought werent taking them :eek: manager come over, saw amount and said ok but said she now has to take the receipt, new policy as people have been "scamming". I asked what she meant and she meant in regards to using receipts and voucher reprints, not in regards to us lot just doing what were doing but not breaking any t&C'S OR THE LAW!!! I asked what about if I needed to return one item (sunglasses) she said tough or couldnt use voucher.

That actually happens to be illegal. 1. You are entitled to use the DTD promotion according to T&Cs. 2. You are entitled under consumer law to keep your receipt.

Doesn't bother me as I have voluntarily given them my receipts (no SA has wanted them so far :D). Had to insist a few times.

Spent my £58 dtd voucher today no problem sa was lovely. Hubby spent an £18 no problem aswell. Receipt offered with voucher both times but both said not needed. Just about to enter both receipts and hoping for a just under £20 dtd voucher back from both.

I used one voucher today for 2 baking trays.

Do you have to buy 2 professional roasters for it to work?

to people who want to be a bit cheeky and buy a gift card or use more then one voucher per transaction: JUST TRY AND SEE HOW IT GOES!!!
I did all of it already: got cash at CS for my vocher(lol), brought a gift card plus dtd items and got another voucher and just today went for a 31.++ shop, used a 5off30 notw coupon and two vouchers, supervisor said I can only use one so I said split my shop then, and he said ok I'll let you use two this time ;) it all depends on the people who serve you so if you have no luck try somewhere else it will work ;)
PS. One receipt for a voucher was a really long one as I did a mixed shop(which didn't work very well re dtd) and the supervisor asked "so what was cheaper at asda then, the gin?" and I said "yes and some of the other bits too" ;) He seemed quite amused actually and asked me if I have any more vouchers to use lol next time, boy!
so you can get cash or gift card with voucher instead of using it
