Evereybody offering good advice on here and its good that you have emailed but I would also back it up with a phone call if no reply within the next couple of hours. I would outline all that you have said about your Mother and saying that if anything bad happens you hold them responsible. Disgusting way to treat anybody never mind an older lady with health problems. Just who do they think they are? I hope you get satisfaction - keep us posted swood and meanwhile please pass on my best wishes to her.0 -
Disgusting bullying swood. I'm sure one of the newspapers would be VERY interested to hear what has happened. I would cool down a bit then calmly go to the store and find the people responsible and very calmly tell them how disgusted you are with the way they bullied and treated your mum and how would they feel if it was theirs. I think it works better if you are calm and don't descend to their level of shouting.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Appalling behaviour swood....your mum needs more than a verbal apology ....you must get this sorted for her.... I can stand up for myself, probably I'm one pensioner that T's staff should not cross, but not all 'older' people can and so they get picked on...absolutely disgraceful....not making excuses, but it is the fraudsters/absusers of this promo that have got Tesco staff on edge and overreacting , therefore all customers are being tarred by the same brush...just not fair.0

No financial compensation offered but I think she wants an apology more
they are still b*****ds, nothing can compensate the humiliation of what she went thru, but a nice bunch of flowers, cup of tea and cake(on the house) and a gift card, could soften the blow a little. if I was you I would fone the store a quietly point this out to them and also tell them she has had a heart attack and to treat her with the respect she deserves.!!!!!! Oh I'm soooooooooooo cross., and she not my mum,so you must feel 10 time worse.:(Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from T's Swood - I echo all the comments above - jugular time - she needs more than just a verbal 'sorry'If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0

I am so shocked at how Tesco treated your mum, swood.
I hope that she gets an apology and the member of staff a written warning for her behaviour to customers. In fact should be a sackable offence as she slandered the lady as well as embarrassed and upset her.
Please let us know that your mum is OK
