Have you got the email addy of the person who's taken over from Sir Terry Leahy? I think his name was mentioned on here recently? I have had a really bad experience this evening that I feel needs to be dealt with at a higher level than customer services. :(

I emailed the name on the first page, but didn't get a reply, so emailed customer services yesterday.

Just reading metro online, there are mcdonald's coupons on page 38, Daily Mail is going to have a free Mother's Day gift from body shop on Saturday. Looks like Body Butters, that is the picture anyhow, while stocks last.

why not send it marris, and then send a follow up letter or email in a weeks time, to encourage them?

I remember with the ice cream competition, there were so many winners, that they decided they would not run that comp again! they underestimated how much they would have to pay out!

Just quickie as work blocked me from replying to mse but look at velvet facebook where I asked for contact number and there response (perhaps someone will copy onto here). Not looking good and I think the way they are going about this is an absolute disgrace. My local co-op now have packs of 4 velvet on offer 2for 3.25 so if you use 2coupons will be 2 for 2.25 but I'm not buying anymore

yes, at the top right hand corner it will say login/register

I get daily e-mails saying it is available on line for me to read. I still prefer the paper version, but this is good when I can't get hold of one.
