Was this a small cheque bully? Very fed up with waiting for my cheque. It seems like it is the bigger wins they aren't paying out on.

£100 Blue....I have won 2 x £100's ( so far !!! )...I was going to email them after 4 weeks...but then saw your post re 28 working days, so was trying to work out how long that would have to be....I still had the receipt from the PO so could check on their tracker to make sure of the date they actually got it, as i was thinking it would be from the day they got it, not the date I won or sent it...iyswim

Reading posts on the other thread Huggies wipes were buy one get one free in T so if you buy/get more than one pack you dont get the same dtd.Huggies Pure are coming back as NA so no dtd.

They received it the 25th Feb. I have rung them twice now and they are saying 28 working days. I've complained that others who have won lesser amounts have got their cheques and their t&c saying will get paid withing 28 days are false all with no joy. All they can do is repeat it is 28 working days. From reading facebook it looks like quite a lot of other people are having the same problem. My big prob is I am going away and if the cheque gets sent (apparently larger ones are sent recorded) and I am not here then it will get sent back to them if I do not pick it up from the post office in 14 days. It's enough to turn me to drink (if I had any;)).

Funk me. Hope they are not doing thorough checks. Oh well, if the worst comes to the worst, we have had a good innings. Now what am I going to do with all the cans of deodorant, air freshener and the candles. LOL.

I still haven't received my email from my shop on Saturday, but the voucher was there when inputted the details again yesterday.
